PERRY EVANS is President and CEO of Webb Interactive Services, Inc. Mr.
Evans founded netIgnite in 1998, later acquired by Webb in 1999. Widely
considered to be one of the pioneers of new media products and services
focused on local markets and interactive directories, Mr. Evans was
previously founder and President of the MapQuest Publishing Group, where
he created one of the Web's most prominent consumer brands and one of
the most widely licensed business services on the Internet. Prior to
MapQuest, Mr. Evans managed the new media development group within RR
Donnelley that was responsible for interactive yellow pages, travel and
