PENNY PERFECT has been President and Vice-Chairman of Panther Resources
since inception in 1995. Prior to Panther Resources, Ms. Perfect was the
President of her own firm for five years which was involved in providing
Public Relations and Investment Banking services for early stage
development companies. Her company was responsible for funding in excess
of Cdn $50 million for a variety of private and publicly traded
companies. Prior to establishing her own firm, Ms. Perfect was a
Stockbroker for over 5 years with a firm specializing in venture capital
and capital pool financings. She was also involved in many aspects of tax
advantaged investment products from structuring to actually raising the
capital for the project. These projects involved restaurants, hotel
operations, franchises, apartment blocks, mining companies, wineries,
medical companies, and many others. In addition, she has her own tropical
plant business and was a school teacher. She has a Bachelor of Education
from the University of Alberta, Canada. She has 10 years of study in the
field of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. She was a single mother for over 8
years and both of her children have now graduated with honors from high
school and currently are attending the faculty of Business at Simon
Fraser University in British Columbia. She has a few years of
personalized martial arts training and is an advanced pupil Latin and
Ballroom dance. She regularly trains with weights and is a devotee to
physical fitness. She is totally dedicated to improvement and has read
almost every book written on self-improvement. She is strong proponent of
being responsible and taking charge of the results you achieve in your

GORDON MUIR has been CEO and Co-Chairman of Panther Resources since its
inception in 1995. Mr. Muir has exceptional management experience and has
been on the Board of Directors of many publicly traded companies. He was
the founder of Navmaster Technologies, a company credited with developing
the first GPS charting systems for the Marine Industry that relied on
optical imaging instead of expensive and cumbersome computers. He has
strong strategic planning skills and over 15 years experience in senior
level management in a variety of business mainly in the automotive and
industrial industries. He is a results oriented business executive with
the ability to analyze business processes, evaluate alternatives,
structure leading edge solutions and drive change within the
organization. He is accustomed to exceeding aggressive revenue targets.
Mr. Muir is happily married with three children and is now devoted to
