PAUL V. REILLY is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of
Mail-Well, Inc. Mr. Reilly is currently serving on the Envelope
Manufacturers Association Foundation board of trustees and on the board
of GATF/PIA. He is also a member of The Business Roundtable, an
association of CEOs from leading corporations who actively work on broad
business issues impacting the economy. Prior to joining Mail-Well as CFO
in 1995, Mr. Reilly served as Managing Director of an investment banking
firm specializing in acquisitions of small businesses. His background
also includes 15 years with Polychrome, a $350 million pre-press
supplier, in various finance, marketing, and strategic planning
positions, including Vice President and General Manager. Preceding
Polychrome, he spent three years with Arthur Andersen & Co. as a
computer auditor. Mr. Reilly has an undergraduate degree in Finance, an
MBA in Computer Methodology from Baruch College and is a CPA. He served
as a Bernard M. Baruch Graduate Assistant from 1974 to 1975. Profile

buyout of the envelope operations of Georgia-Pacific.
