PAUL W. M. READ has been Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer
of Kinloch Resources Inc. since its inception in 2001. Previously, he
founded and was President of Kintail Energy Inc. which was launched with
an initial public offering in 1997 at $0.20 per share and was sold in
1999 at $3.10 per share. Mr. Read was President of Canadian Leader
Energy Inc. from 1994 to 1997 during which period the company grew from
a market capitalization of $2.5 million to $60 million and prior to
this, he was Vice President, Exploration and Production at NCE Resources
Group Inc. He is a Professional Engineer with 23 years' experience in
