PAUL M. VERROCHI is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of PROVANT,
Inc., Chairman of American Business Partners LLC, and is a member of
the Board of Directors of Coach USA, Inc. The founder of American
Medical Response, American Environmental Group, and Omni Building
Services, he has been named National Entrepreneur of the Year for
Emerging Growth Companies in a competition sponsored nationally by Inc.
Magazine, Merrill Lynch, and Ernst and Young. Mr. Verrochi serves on
the Board of Trustees, Board of Governors, Investment Committee and
Corporate Advisory of the New England Aquarium, the Board of Directors
of the Boston Police Athletic League, and the Advisory Board of the Ron
Burton Training Village. A former member of the Board of Trustees of
Thayer Academy, he was named an Honoree of the Year 1996 by Crohn's &
Colitis Foundation of America, Inc., and an Honored Delegate 'Parade of
Nations' 1995 to the Special Olympic World Games in New Haven. Mr.
Verrochi received his Bachelor of Science from the United States
Merchant Marine Academy and his Degree of Doctrine of Public
Administration Honoris Causa from Massachusetts Maritime Academy. Profile
