Patrick Martin – Storage Technology Corporation (stk)

PATRICK MARTIN is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Storage Technology Corporation (StorageTek). He joined StorageTek in July 2000 after more than 23 years at Xerox Corp. He started and owned his own software company. He worked for the U.S. Department of Agriculture where he was charged with establishing data centers across the United States. Mr. Martin received a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Iona College in New York. He also holds a Master's degree of Science and a Doctorate in Electrical Engineering from George Washington University. He continued his commitment to lifelong learning and self-improvement by teaching at George Washington University and graduating from the Harvard University executive education program. During his 23 years at Xerox, he was President of the North American Solutions Group, Xerox's largest marketing operation. He was responsible for marketing, product design, customer programs, sales and worldwide manufacturing operations.
