P. Scott Munro, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Savoir Technology

distribution business that it is today. Mr. Munro has enjoyed 15
successful years in the computer distribution business. He is regarded
in the industry as a visionary, one of a rare breed of executives with a
clear vision of where the industry is headed. Mr. Munro has served as
Chief Executive Officer, President, and Secretary of Savoir Technology
Group, Inc., since July 1995. Mr. Munro has also served as Chairman of
the Board since January 1998 and served as a Director of the Company
from July 1995. Born in Montreal, Mr. Munro is a graduate of Concordia
