OUTLOOK FOR PIPES: JAMES BODINE – JANNEY MONTGOMERY SCOTT

James P. Bodine is Managing Director of Janney Montgomery Scott LLC Investment Banking. He joined Janney Montgomery Scott in 1997 and is the managing investment banker for the information technology group, focusing on Internet infrastructure software and services including Internet security and network management as well as enterprise software. As lead banker for this group, he is responsible for originating and structuring investment banking transactions and developing client relationships. Previously, he was Senior Vice President of Wheat First Butcher Singer. He joined Wheat First in 1986. He has completed more than 75 transactions totaling more than $2 billion. Mr. Bodine serves on the Audit and Investment Committees of Elwyn, Inc., a non-profit provider of services to children and adults with developmental, physical and emotional disabilities. He also serves on the Philadelphia Regional Board of Economics Pennsylvania, a non-profit organization promoting economic education and literacy.
