NORMAN ROBERTSON – PROGRESS SOFTWARE CORPORATION (PRGS)

PETER G. SLIWKOWSKI is the President of ObjectStore, an operating company of Progress Software Corporation and global provider of real- time data management products. In this role, Mr. Sliwkowski is responsible for growing both the company's customer and product bases which enable corporate data caching and complex event processing, and support RFID implementations in industries such as finance, telecommunications and travel. In his previous roles as General Manager of ObjectStore and Vice President of Progress Products, he led ObjectStore's product, sales and marketing efforts, and was responsible for the development, product management and technical groups that support Progress' OpenEdge E-Business platforms including Dynamics, Fathom and the Progress RDBMS products. Mr. Sliwkowski joined Progress Software in 1988, and is one of the original architects of the Progress graphical 4GL-application development tool. NORMAN R. ROBERTSON is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Progress Software. He is responsible for all financial operations and investor relations activities for the company, as well as administrative functions, including human resources, legal, production, distribution and facilities. Mr. Robertson joined Progress Software in May of 1996. For over 25 years, he has managed the financial direction of various public and private technology companies including M/A-COM, Digital Equipment Corporation and General Motors.
