Norman A. Harrison – Bfc Construction Corporation (bfc)

NORMAN A. HARRISON has had broad experience in the construction industry spanning a period in excess of 36 years. He started his career in 1962 in a field office position and has progressed to increasingly more responsible senior management positions. Mr. Harrison is President and Chief Executive Officer of BFC Construction Corporation (formerly Banister Foundation Inc.) with overall responsibility for all divisional/subsidiary construction activities, both domestic and international. He has extensive experience with international projects, mergers and acquisitions, and has been directly involved in privatization of co-generation and infrastructure projects. Prior to joining BFC Construction, Mr. Harrison was President of Majestic Contractors Limited, one of Canada's leading large diameter pipeline contractors. Majestic Contractors Limited was purchased by BFC Construction Corporation in 1993. Mr. Harrison is a member of the Certified General Accountants Association of Ontario. Profile
