NORM FRANCIS President & CEO of Pivotal Corp. A visionary and a leader,
Mr. Francis has extensive senior high-technology management experience,
including 20 years at the forefront of the software industry. In 1979 he
co-founded Basic Software Group (BSG). After the enormous success of
BSG's best-selling accounting package, ACCPAC, BSG was acquired by
Computer Associates International. A valued guest speaker and much-
sought-after conference panelist, Norm has successfully shepherded all
aspects of software development and marketing. He holds a BSc in
Computer Science from the University of British Columbia, Canada and is
