NIGEL V. ALEXANDER is Chief Executive Officer, Secretary, Treasurer and
Director of Multi-Link Telecommunications, Inc. Mr. Alexander co-founded
Multi-Link in 1996. Mr. Alexander has served since that time as Chief
Executive Officer with responsibility for financing, strategic planning
and mergers and acquisitions. From September 1994 until founding Multi-
Link, Mr. Alexander conducted research into the telecommunications
industry to identify the business opportunity he is now pursuing. Mr.
Alexander is an Associate of the British Chartered Institute of Bankers.
He has over 15 years' experience in merchant banking, mergers and
acquisitions and corporate finance, including 10 years as a Merchant
Banker in London, England and Geneva, Switzerland with Henry Ansbacher &
