NEILL P. DAVIS is the Chief Financial Officer of The Men's Wearhouse,
Inc. He joined the company in 1997 and has served as its Vice President
and Treasurer. In November 2000 he was elected Senior Vice President,
Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Before joining The Men's
Wearhouse Mr. Davis served as Senior Vice President and Manager in the
Global Corporate Group of NationsBank (currently Bank of America) since
