NEIL HOPKINS-COMAN is the Managing Director of snackhouse Plc. He is 38
years old and a Chartered Accountant by training. After leaving school
he studied Mathematics at New College, Oxford gaining a first class
degree. He joined Peat Marwick, Accountants, in 1984 and spent 11 years
on corporate finance and related areas. During the early 1990's, Mr
Hopkins-Coman worked with snackhouse (then Bensons Crisps) on strategy
and also led the corporate finance team that moved the company onto the
full London Stock Market and raised the finance to restructure the
group. He joined snackhouse Plc as Group Finance Director in March 1995
and in July 1998 was promoted to Managing Director. Mr Hopkins-Coman has
been married for 14 years and they have two children. Family take
account of most of his spare time, but he enjoys travel and watching
