NEIL DAVIDSON, aged 47, is the Chief Executive Officer of Express
Dairies Plc. Mr Davidson was previously Managing Director of Northern
Foods Dairy business until the dairy business demerged in March 1998.
He joined Northern Foods in 1977 and held a number of senior executive
positions within the Northern Group before he was appointed to the Board
in 1994. He is Vice-President of the European Dairy Association, past
President of the Dairy Industry Federation and a non-executive director
of Northern Recruitment Group plc. Mr Davidson graduated in Psychology
from the University of Nottingham and holds a Masters degree in the same
subject from the University of London. He is married with two children. Profile
