Natural Gas Industry Outlook : M. Carol Coale – Prudential Securities Inc

M. CAROL COALE is Vice President and Senior Natural Gas Analyst with Prudential Securities in Houston, Texas. She is also ranked as an All- Star analyst in the Wall Street Journal's stock picking survey. She joined Prudential Securities in May of 1994, after having spent five years at the energy boutique, Howard, Weil, Labouisse, Friedrichs, following natural gas transmission stocks and the gas gathering and processing companies. Prior to beginning her analytical career at Howard, Weil, Carol spent eight years in various fixed-income marketing and trading positions at Rauscher Pierce Refsnes, E.F. Hutton and Rotan Mosle (now Paine Webber) in Texas. Ms. Coale is an honors graduate from the University of Texas with a Bachelors of Arts degree, and she earned her Masters of Business Administration degree from Southern Methodist University. Currently, she is a member of many industry-related organizations including the Houston Financial Analysts Society , the Houston Producers Forum, Interstate Natural Gas Association of America and the National Association of Petroleum Investment Analysts. Ms. Coale: My primary responsibility is the research coverage of natural

gas transmission companies. As a secondary
