NARASIMHAN P. KANNAN is Chairman, Chief Executive Officer of VCampus
Corpration and founded the company in 1995. Previously, he co-founded
Ganesa Group, Inc., a developer of interactive graphics and modeling
software. Mr. Kannan holds a respected and visionary grasp of technology
as a result of his years of successful experiences serving as a
consultant to Booze Allen & Hamilton, the MITRE Corporation, the
Ministry of Industry of the French Government, the Brookhaven and
Lawrence Livermore National Laboratories, Control Data Corporation and
the White House Domestic Policy Committee on Energy. He holds a Bachelor
of Science degree in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology
in Madras, India. He performed advanced graduate work in Business and
