MITCH PATTEN is Vice President, Corporate Affairs, Aecon Group
Inc. and is responsible for managing the company's positioning in
the marketplace including marketing, investor relations, public
affairs and corporate communications. Prior to joining Aecon in
2001, Mr. Patten was President of the Olympic Sports and
Waterfront Development Agency, established by the Ontario
government to coordinate its involvement in the redevelopment of
Toronto's waterfront and in the city's 2008 Olympic bid. His
career has included service in the office of three Ontario
Premiers as well as several years as a strategic planning
consultant and as Vice President of Canadian Highways
