MILTON COOPER is Chairman of Kimco Realty Corporation. Kimco, a New York
Stock Exchange Real Estate Investment Trust based in New Hyde Park, New
York, has interests in over 472 shopping center properties, comprising
approximately 62 million square feet of leasable space located
throughout 40 states. He is also Director of Getty Realty Corp., Blue
Ridge Real Estate/Big Boulder Corporation (a public company owning
20,000 acres of land and ski facilities in Pennsylvania), MassMutual
Corporate Investors and MassMutual Participation Investors, as well as
former Chairman of the Board of Governors of the National Association of
Real Estate Investment Trusts and of the Shopping Center Committee of
the Real Estate Board of New York, and member of the Advisory Board of
