MIKE HARRIS is the Executive Vice-Chairman of Egg Plc. Mr Harris has
been a Director of Egg since 29 October 1999. He joined Prudential as
Chief Executive Officer of Prudential Banking Plc in July 1995 and the
Egg division from October 1998. On 1 January 2001 he stepped down as
Chief Executive and took on the role of Executive Vice-Chairman of the
Board. Previously he served as Chief Executive Officer of Mercury
Communications Limited, a division of Cable and Wireless Plc, from 1991
