MICHAEL R. RICH, Chariman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, Chief
Operating Officer and President of NetScape Corporation, brings over 13
years of experience in telecommunications to NetSpeak's Management Team.
Previously, Mr. Rich served as Vice President and General Manager of
AT&T Business Internet Services - Value Added Services division. Prior
to this role, Mr. Rich held a variety of positions with AT&T focusing on
Internet and communications services. From 1995 to 1997 he held the
position of General Manager and Founder of the Web Site Services unit,
which according to Forrester Research Group is one of the leaders in the
mid-range hosting market. Mr. Rich was responsible for the strategic and
tactical planning, service evolution and attainment of revenue and
