Michael J. Brennan – Gene Logic Inc (glgc)

MICHAEL J. BRENNAN, M.D., Ph.D., joined the Company as its President and Chief Executive Officer in December 1995 and was appointed to the Board of Directors as of that date. From October 1993 to November 1995, he was Vice President, Business Development for Corange International Limited's worldwide therapeutics business (Boehringer Mannheim Therapeutics). Prior to that, Dr. Brennan was a director and the general manager of Boehringer Mannheim South Africa. He served from October 1989 to June 1990 as divisional manager for the hospital business of Johnson & Johnson and as medical director of Cilag (Pty.) Ltd., a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson. Dr. Brennan was the founder of Chronotech Corp., consultants to industry on shift work scheduling, and Molemed International, a medical device company. He is the inventor of Molemed's sole product, which is marketed in five countries. Dr. Brennan received a Ph.D. in Neurobiology and a M.D. from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa.
