MICHAEL K. FOX, Senior Vice President of Enterprise Solutions for Global
Knowledge in Cary, North Carolina, is responsible for Global's
Enterprise line of business including strategy, sales and marketing,
product development and service delivery of a blended learning solutions
capability around the world. Mr. Fox and his team drive a portfolio of
targeted learning solutions enabled by Global's award winning classroom
training and e-learning delivery solutions integrated with a variety of
learning management and content enabling services. Mr. Fox has over 17
years of experience providing strategic business and technology
solutions to enterprise customers and end-users in Internet and
technology services markets. Prior to joining Global Knowledge, he
served as Executive Vice President, Strategic Alliances for Interpath, a
pioneering application service provider. He also served as interim
President and CEO for Interpath during its equity investment and
acquisition process. His previous experience includes working as
Director of Internet Services at MCNC, a nationally recognized IT
research and services company, and various enterprise applications
development positions at North Carolina State University in Raleigh,
