MICHAEL BARRY, Chief Financial Officer of Medisys Plc, joined the
company in January 1999. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with
PriceWaterhouseCoopers. From 1988 to 1996 he held a number of senior
management positions, including Group Vice President, Finance at Elan
Corporation Plc, a pharmaceutical company listed on the London, NY and
Dublin stock exchanges. In 1996 Mr. Barry became Finance Director of
Fountainhead Holdings Ltd., the holding company that manages the
business interests of Dr. Donald Panoz. Profile
