MATTHEW S. DOMINSKI is President and Chief Executive Officer of Urban
Shopping Centers, Inc. Mr. Dominski joined JMB Realty in 1979, in the
real estate acquisition area and became a Vice President in 1982. He has
been involved with the Urban Investment and Development Company and
Federated Stores Realty acquisitions and has overseen over $1.3 billion
of real estate developed by JMB Realty and its affiliates. He became
Executive Vice President of JMB/Urban Development Company in 1987. Since
1991, Mr. Dominski has been Chairman of JMB Retail Properties Company,
responsible for all retail development, management and leasing
activities within affiliated entities of JMB Realty. Mr. Dominski has a
BA degree from Trinity College, Hartford, CT and an MBA degree from the
University of Chicago, Chicago, IL. Profile
