Martin L. Yokosawa – Oberweis Asset Mgmt

MARTIN L. YOKOSAWA is co-manager of The Oberweis Funds, a portfolio manager of Oberweis Asset Management, a Senior Vice-President of Oberweis Brokerage as well as an owner in both the firms. Oberweis Asset Management provides investment services for individual and institutional accounts, specializing in small cap growth issues. Mr. Yokosawa began his financial career performing operational and trading activities. His trading experience includes both floor activities and the operations of trading department. In 1986 Mr. Yokosawa headed the trading department for a rapidly growing Midwest regional brokerage and money management firm which executed approximately one thousand trades per day. Since 1987, he has been involved with the portfolio management of The Oberweis Funds and other investment accounts. Other activities include co- authoring The Oberweis Report, a monthly investment advisory letter specializing in emerging - growth companies. Mr. Yokosawa has been a guest lecturer at a variety of speaking engagements for the University of Chicago's investment challenge conference and is regularly asked to comment on various investment issues by CNBC, Bloomberg, Investor's Business Daily, and The Wall Street Journal. Mr. Yokosawa has a finance/economic degree from Northern Illinois University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
