MARTIN BRAUNS joined Interwoven, Inc. as President and CEO in March
1998. During his tenure, Interwoven has grown from a Silicon Valley
start-up to an Internet industry leader. Interwoven had a successful IPO
in October 1999 and an equally successful secondary stock offering in
January of 2000. Interwoven has been recognized through several industry
awards, including the Crossroads A-list award for two consecutive years,
and was ranked number five in Upside magazine's e-Business 150,
Platforms and Tools. Mr. Brauns is a frequent keynote and television
speaker, having recently appeared on CNBC's SqwawkBox, Business News'
MarketTalk, ON24 and delivering a keynote address at this year's
Crossroads 2000 conference. Additionally, the company was recently
featured on CNN, CNNfn, NBC Nightly News and ZDTV. Mr. Brauns is also
the author of the book, Poised for Plenty: Moving Your Business to the
Web, to be released early this summer. Prior to joining Interwoven, Mr.
Brauns served as Vice President of North American Sales and Worldwide
Strategic Partners at Informix. While at Informix, he was also Vice
President and General Manager of the SAP Business Unit. Before that, he
was Corporate Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Adaptec, Inc. Prior
to Adaptec, Brauns held various sales and marketing management positions
with Wyse Technology, Librex, and National Semiconductor. Mr. Brauns
completed the Executive MBA Program at Stanford University. He also
holds an MBA and a BS from San Jose State University. Profile
