MARC ZUCKER has been the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive
Officer of the Company since March 1995. He was co-founder of RPF
Holding and was its president from 1982 until its merger with Bunk Trunk
in March 1995. In addition, he was Vice President and General Manger of
Bunk Trunk from its inception in 1984 until the merger with RPF Holding.
Prior to that, Mr. Zucker worked as a General Manager for Kings World of
Furniture in Wall Township, New Jersey. He graduated from the University
of Toledo with a BA in Business and is married with one daughter. His
interests are reading, sports, downhill skiing and scuba diving. Profile
