MARK PEARMAN is Finance Director of Torex Plc. After qualifying as a
Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen & Co in London, he spent three
years with the Corporate Finance Division of Samuel Montagu & Co. Having
served in a number of senior financial and commercial roles Mr Pearman
joined Torex as Finance Director in March 1998. Profile
