Mark Hopkinson – Allied Devices Corporation (aldv)

MARK HOPKINSON has been Chairman of the Board of Allied Devices Corporation since 1981, when he and a partner organized the acquisition of the company. He served as President of the company from 1981 until March 1994. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (1969) and of the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration (1975). Prior to acquiring Allied Devices, he was a management consultant, working on development, organization and financing of emerging growth companies, both in the United States and in lesser developed countries.
