MARK P. CLEIN, CEO, CFO and Director of ISC who joined PMR in 1996 as
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, was appointed CEO
in May 1999, and now also heads up InfoScriber Corporation. As
InfoScriber CEO, Mr. Clein has led the effort to create the company's
strategic market position and formulate the partnerships necessary to
accelerate product introduction and market acceptance. From 1982 to
1995, Mr. Clein had been employed by several New York based investment
banking and venture capital firms, including Jefferies & Co., where he
held the position of Managing Director of Investment Banking
(specializing in the health care industry), Sprout Group, an affiliate
of Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette, Inc. and Merrill Lynch Venture
Capital, Inc., where he focused on early stage investing in the
healthcare industry. Mr. Clein holds a Masters of Business
Administration degree from Columbia University and a Bachelors degree
from the University of North Carolina. Profile
Mr. Clein: PMR has been in existence for a little over 12 years. The
company was founded by Allen Tepper, our Chairman, and Sue
