MARK JONATHON BERNSTEIN, ACA, aged 40 is the Chief Executive Officer of
gameplay.com. Mark Bernstein co-founded the Company with Mark Strachan.
Since 1992, he has worked for a number of high technology and Internet
companies both in Europe and the USA. Most recently he was Vice
President, International, for GeoCities, one of the world's largest
Websites and assisted in initiating the sale of GeoCities to Yahoo! Inc.
in January 1999 for $4.3 billion. Previous companies in which he has
held CEO or CFO positions include Entertainment On-line Ltd and
Virtuality Group Plc, the latter of which was floated on the Official
List in October 1993 and for which he established US and Japanese
operations. He currently sits on the boards of two other Internet
businesses listed on the London Stock Exchange. Profile
