MARIO J. GABELLI is Founder, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Chief
Investment Officer of Gabelli Asset Management, Inc. Mr. Gabelli founded
the firm in 1977. He is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Fordham
University, holds an MBA degree from Columbia University and an Honorary
Doctorate Degree from Roger Williams University. He is a Chartered
Financial Analyst, member and former officer of the New York Society of
Security Analysts, the New York Society of Auto Analysts and the
Entertainment Analysts Group of New York. He is Chairman of Lynch
Corporation and Lynch Interactive, both listed on the American Stock
