Marc Naughton – Cerner Corporation (cern)

Marc Naughton, Chief Financial Officer, joined Cerner Corporation in 1992. Mr. Naughton has an extensive background in the financial realm. His experience includes various financial management roles for a large, Kansas City-based, multinational manufacturing company. He also has been tax manager for one of the large Kansas City-based financial companies. Naughton joined Cerner to establish an internal tax function in the financial group. He soon took over the financial leadership of Cerner's mergers and acquisitions and financing activities and was promoted to director of finance in 1994. In 1996, he became vice president and chief financial officer. In his current role, he is responsible for Cerner's financial operations and business model. Mr. Naughton holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Southern Methodist University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Kansas. Profile
