Morin has acquired extensive experience in the marketing and
distribution of medical products and supplies for a number of world
class companies operating in the medical industry (Baxter Corp.

Mr. Morin's background and expertise is with many aspects of "Minimally
Invasive Surgery" (MIS) comprising both flexible and rigid endoscopic
technologies, such as, laparoscopy, angioscopy, thoracoscopy, along with
advanced electro surgical techniques including argon beam coagulation.
