MARC A. PULEO, M.D., is the President and Chief Executive Officer of
PetMed Express. Dr. Puleo received a B.S. degree from the University of
Iowa and was awarded his M.D. from the University of Illinois College of
Medicine. A specialist in cardiac and surgicenter anesthesia, he holds
Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification. The founder of South
Florida Anesthesia Professionals, Dr. Puleo has been an Instructor in
Anesthesia at the University of Illinois, has published and presented
extensively, and has served as a member of several professional
societies, including the American Medical Association, the Florida
Society of Anesthesiologists, and the American Society of
Anesthesiologists. He resides in Florida and enjoys boating, scuba
