MALCOLM RUTHERFORD, aged 39, was appointed an Executive Director of the
Company in 1994, and serves as the Financial Director for the Group.
Prior to joining the group, Mr Rutherford was a manager at UAL Merchant
Bank, and is a CA(SA) who received his BCom and BAcc from the University
of Witwatersrand. Mr Rutherford completed his accounting training with
Deloitte and Touche, and then went of to be a manager at UAL, before
joining Dimension Data. He is a member of the board of directors of a
