MALCOM ROBERTS is Group Chief Executive Officer of Kalamazoo Computer
Group Plc. He is a BSc graduate of the Royal Institute of Chemistry at
Teeside University. Mr Roberts joined Kalamazoo for the challenge of
turning the company round. Together with a new management team in the
throes of a comprehensive change programme designed to return the
company to profit and position the organisation for sustainable profit
growth. He has a track record as a business manager for always
achieving or exceeding business objectives, usually through causing
change in motivation, behaviour or practises in small, medium and large
business units in the IT industry both in the UK and across Europe. Mr
Roberts has a varied background prior to the last 17 years in the IT
industry which includes seven years in the Steel and Chemical Industries
as Quality Control Metallurgist and Research Chemist respectively. Mr
