MAIR FAIBISH, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of
Synergy Brands, Inc. Mr. Faibish has been in his current position since
May 1989. From 1985 to 1988, Mr. Faibish was on the Corporate Finance
staff of Morgan Capital Corporation. From February 1987 to January 1988,
he was a Director of Diversified Foods, Inc. In 1983, he received his
Masters degree in Management and Industrial Engineering from Columbia
