Mac J. Slingerlend – Ciber Inc (cbr)

MAC. J. SLINGERLEND grew up in southeastern Michigan and graduated from the University of Denver (BSBA-Finance) and Wayne State University (M.B.A.-Management). Mr. Slingerlend spent 12 years with National Bank of Detroit, primarily as a loan officer, and 3 years with America Security Bank of Washington, D.C. After 4 years in the cable TV and hospitality industries, Mr. Slingerlend joined CIBER in later 1988 as EVP/CFO. At that time CIBER had 250 employees and $15 million in annual revenue. He led CIBER to acquisitions, through the IPO process and was made President in 1997 and CEO in 1998. Today CIBER has $775 million in revenues, 6,700 employees, and has been growing almost 100% per year in what Mr. Slingerlend says is 'a great industry at a great time!' Profile
