Lowell Farkas – Carnegie International Corporation (cgyc)

LOWELL FARKAS serves as President, CEO and a Director of Carnegie International Corporation. He assumed the CEO position in March 1997, and became President in June 1997. Prior to joining Carnegie, Mr. Farkas served as President and CEO of Mad Martha's Ice Cream, Inc., from 1995 to 1996. From 1987 through 1992, he was President, CEO and a Director of Victoria Station Acquisition Corporation. Mr. Farkas was also Executive Vice President of Horn & Hardart Co. from 1973-1982, a publicly traded company with interests in restaurants and a hotel/casino. Profile

Carnegie International?

Mr. Farkas: The company formed as a result of a reverse merger and began

trading its common stock
