LOUIS HERNANDEZ JR. is the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive
Officer of Open Solutions Inc., a leading provider of enterprise-wide
enabling technologies for financial institutions. Mr. Hernandez joined
Open Solutions from a $300 million publicly-traded enterprise software
company, where he served as Executive Vice President and helped lead
them from startup to dramatic growth. In addition, Mr. Hernandez has
held senior positions at several high technology companies, and began
his career at Price Waterhouse LLP. Mr. Hernandez is a recognized
technology executive, having been appointed by the Governor of
Connecticut to be Vice Chair of the Governor's Council on Economic
Competitiveness and Technology as a representative of business with
expertise in information technology. He has been named one of the
Hartford Business Journal's top executives under 40 and was an Ernst &
Young New England Entrepreneur of the Year finalist. Mr. Hernandez has

Mr. Hernandez: Open Solutions was founded in 1992. As a company, we
