LISA R. KAZOR is President, Chief Executive Officer and Acting Chief
Operational Officer of Savantage Solutions, Inc. Ms. Kazor oversees the
Company's overall business and acquisition strategy, financial planning,
and operating policies and execution. Lisa joined Savantage in 1995 as
Chief Financial Officer, and acquired a majority interest in the
business in 2000 through a leveraged buy-out. Under Lisa's leadership,
Savantage has expanded into the commercial sector and strengthened its
product and service offerings. Prior to joining Savantage, Lisa worked
in finance and accounting at Corning Clinical Labs from 1993 to 1995
where she led a project to merge three organizations each with annual
revenues in excess of $500 million. Lisa began her professional career
with PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1988 and attained the position of
Business Assurance Manager and worked as a financial advisor in the high
tech sector. Outside of the company, Lisa is active in the Young
President's Organization, an organization that mentors and facilitates
business leaders in rapidly growing organizations. She is also active in
the Association for Government Accountants. Lisa holds a Bachelor of
Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting
from Clarion University of Pennsylvania and holds her certificate as a
