LINN WILEY is President and Chief Executive Officer of CVB Financial
Corporation and Citizens Business Bank. Mr. Wiley received his Associate
of Arts degree from Santa Ana College, and his Bachelor of Arts degree
in Economics from the University of California at Davis. He received his
Master's of Business Administration degree in Finance and Management
from California State University at Long Beach. Mr. Wiley completed the
Graduate School of Credit and Financial Management at Harvard
University, and the Graduate School of Sales Management and Marketing at
Syracuse University. He has been active in numerous civic, community and
professional organizations. He is an Advisory Board member for
California State University, San Bernardino and the Southwest Region of
Youth for Christ. Mr. Wiley has previously served as a Director for
United Way, Boy Scouts of America, the American Cancer Association,
American Heart Association, American Lung Association, March of Dimes
and Youth for Christ. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the
Los Angeles Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. He is a
Director of Banker Benefits, the for profit subsidiary of the California
Bankers Association. He is a member of the Government Relations Council
for the American Bankers Association. Mr. Wiley is a veteran of the
