LESLIE L. BRESGE has been President, COO and a Director of the company
since December 1998. Since 1994, he has been President of Can-Bramar
Ltd., an import/export company. From 1992 to 1994 he was Vice President
of Rusaca Enterprises, an exporting company. From 1991 to 1992 he was
President of Kamro Lighting, a large lighting division of Kaufel Group
Ltd., a public company listed on the Montreal and Toronto stock exchange
