LEONARD A. TRUGMAN is Chairman, President and CEO of Del Global
Technologies Corp. Del Global Technologies Corp. has achieved 14
straight years of profitability since Mr. Trugman assumed the company's
reins as Chairman, CEO and President in 1985. In the last five years,
net sales and net income have grown at compounded annual rates of 22.8%
and 43.1%, respectively. Prior to joining Del Global, Mr. Trugman was
Vice President of Operations for General Microwave Corporation, and
previously served as General Manager of Materials and Manufacturing for
five years at ADT Security Systems, from 1975 to 1981. Mr. Trugman has
