LEO F. WELLS, III is President and Sole Director of Wells Real Estate
Investment Trust, Inc. Prior to forming Wells & Associates, Inc. in
1978, he was a Real Estate Salesman and Property Manager for Roy D.
Warren Company, an Atlanta real estate company. Mr. Wells was associated
with Sax Graskin Real Estate Company, during which time he became a Life
Member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club. He also
served as Vice President of Hill-Johnson, Inc., a Georgia corporation
engaged in the construction business. Mr. Wells has over 28 years of
experience in real estate sales, management and brokerage services. He
is currently a co-General Partner in a total of 25 real estate limited
partnerships formed for the purpose of acquiring, developing, and
operating office buildings and other commercial properties. Mr. Wells is
a Registered NASD Principal and has the Series 7, 24, and 63 licenses.
He also is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Georgia, Tennessee and North
Carolina, and is a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA).
Mr. Wells is an active member of Fellowship Bible Church in Roswell,
Georgia. He earned a BBA in Economics from the University of Georgia in
