LARS STUGEMO, is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of
HiQ International since 2 February 2000. He is an Engineering graduate
from the Royal Swedish Institute of Technology. Prior to this, Mr
Stugemo was the Managing Director of HiQ Stockholm AB (a subsidiary to
HiQ International), Managing Director of Communicator Infotech AB, and
