Lars Frithiof – Sydkraft Ab (syda.st)

LARS FRITHIOF is Chief Executive Officer of Sydkraft AB. In 1967, he graduated with a Civil Engineering degree from the Institute of Technology in Sweden. He was awarded a Master of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Lund in 1973, and in 1993, followed an Advanced Management Programme at the Stockholm School of Economics. He started his career in 1967, working for P.Danewids Consulting Engineers AB. In 1973, he joined Skanska AB, working, firstly, in the Department of Houses and Properties, and then in the Foreign Projects Department, and finally in Staff Unit for International Financing, before leaving the company to take up the post of Finance Director at Sydkraft AB in 1988. In 1992, he was promoted to Senior Executive Vice President, in 1996, he became Senior Executive Vice President and Deputy CEO, and in 1998, became President and CEO of the company. Profile
