RANDALL T. MAYS is Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer of
Clear Channel Communications, Inc. Including announced transactions,
Clear Channel operates 1,225 radio and 37 television stations in the
United States and has equity interest in over 240 radio stations
internationally. Clear Channel also operates approximately 770,000
outdoor advertising displays. Prior to working at Clear Channel, Mr.
Mays worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions department of the investment
banking firm of Goldman, Sachs & Co., in New York and at the real estate
firm of Trammell Crow Company. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business
School and a BBA with high honors from the University of Texas at

L. LOWRY MAYS is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Clear Channel
Communications, Inc. He started his career with an investment firm, Russ
& Company, in San Antonio, Texas, as Senior Vice President of Corporate
Finance in 1962. In 1972, he formed Clear Channel Communications, when,
through his position as an investment banker, he was left with a
financially troubled radio station. Today, Clear Channel Communications,
Inc., now Clear Channel Worldwide, is a global leader in the out-of-home
advertising industry, with radio and television stations, outdoor
advertising displays, and live entertainment venues in 66 countries
around the world. In addition to his executive role, Mr. Mays is active
in a variety of professional and civic activities. In July 2000 Radio
Ink magazine named him number one on its list of The Top 40 Most
Powerful People in Radio. On February 26, 2001, The Lowry Mays Family
and Clear Channel Communications received the Golden Mike Award from the
Broadcasters' Foundation. In July 2001 he was again named number one on
Radio Ink magazine's Top 40 Most Powerful People in Radio. Mr. Mays
holds an MBA from Harvard University and a BS in Petroleum Engineering
